- A proven achiever with an enviable track record and numerous awards for business excellence over several decades in his native South Africa, Greg Swemmer and his family moved to Australia at the beginning of 2004. He joined Chateaux Realty shortly thereafter to create a Residential and Commercial Property Management Company. Although a far cry from the frenetic corporate world in which he conducted his business Greg values the interaction he now has time for with his skilled, professional members of staff, his clients and his sub-contractors.
